Delivery and Returns
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Generally, Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will assemble, test and finish all items within 10 business days. During our busiest months of November and December 90% of orders will be dispatched within 10 business days, a small minority may take an added number of days. You will be advised by our logistics department during this time.
Orders will be dispatched from our North Yorkshire Manufacturing facility within 10 days. This Guarantee does not cover issues relating to our pallet delivery partners such as adverse weather conditions or access issues experienced by our Pallet network delivery partners. Note that Pallet delivery companies tend to take longer than one day to deliver in December.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your order if you are located in a country where shipping details are not available or where our pallet delivery partners may experience difficulties in delivering to you.
Our pallet delivery partners normally convey orders from our factory to your address within 48 hours - this may be longer in December. You will be called by our office to notify you that your order is ready for dispatch. You should confirm that you are ready to receive them.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. It is common for small parts such as valves to arrive separately to pallets of cast iron radiators.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cast Iron Radiators Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Cast Iron Radiators Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
All items with the exception of bespoke goods are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product purchased from Cast Iron Radiators Ltd then you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to do so. In the first instance you should call the office on 03333 448 447 and email us with any photographic evidence of any issues you may wish to discuss.
Goods should be returned to us using a suitable carrier and we recommend using a signed for service. If you would like us to arrange the collection of returns we are happy to do so on your behalf. In this instance the cost of return delivery only will be deducted from the refund amount.
The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Please note that Valves that have been fitted can generally not be returned unless there is a manufacturing problem with the valve.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
